Jamaican me Crazy Jamaica is a very interesting country in Central America/ North America. Jamaica is a very exotic country, with many things to offer. One thing they have is lots of beaches and rivers. Also Jamaica is very similar to the US! We both celebrate Easter and Christmas, and most of our population is Christian like there's. In Jamaica's history they fought for their independence like most counties did, Jamaica fought from the british. Jamaica's government is similar to ours too! They have the branches but instead of a president they have a prime Minister. Jamaica's Prime Minister right now is Andrew Holness. Did I mention the economy?! Jamaica is one of the largest producer for the Sugarcane crop and Bananas and spices. But back in the day the Sugarcane fields were a huge source of slavery in the 18 century.Because of that there was a huge decrease in the produce of Sugarcane in the 19 century. Another big industry is mining! Mining is a huge source of wealth. Another thing is that Jamaica loves it sports! For example the most popular sports are cricket, and soccer. Jamaica has a lot of things to offer and I would consider Visiting!
